Cliff is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Tiempo Development, where he is responsible for the strategic vision of the company. For over 25 years, Mr. Schertz has been leading and growing successful technology service companies, enabling his customers to achieve superior performance, high customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Prior to Tiempo Development, Cliff was the CEO of Camisa Technologies, where he and his team implemented and integrated customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions for hundreds of mid-sized companies such as United Concordia, Motorola, Weitz Construction, Harlan Bakeries, and Best Western International. Earlier, when Cliff was the Vice President of the CRM National Practice for ePartners, he grew ePartners from zero CRM sales to become the national sales leader for SalesLogix, Onyx, Pivotal, and Siebel mid-market software companies.
Cliff has a degree in Electronic Technology from Texas State Technical College and an MBA from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business. When he is not meeting with Tiempo’s clients and prospects or speaking at an industry event, he enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs, serving on nonprofit boards, reading business books, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
