The Challenge: Gain Real-Time Access to KPIs and Inventory

The senior management team at the distributor set a key corporate objective for the IT team to update the company’s legacy ERP application, which manages operations across the company’s stores and two websites. Among the specific functionality requirements was the ability to easily run reports to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). The client also wanted to integrate inventory tracking across stores and websites so an accurate count of all items could be generated in real time.
