I had been following Tiempo´s growth for a long time, so when I got the invitation to join the team in Guadalajara, I did not think about it twice.
If I were to describe in one word my experience here, I would say opportunity; I started working as a Software Engineer Lead, then moved to work as a Program Manager and then to be part of the Client Solution Architect team. Right after, I was invited to become an Enterprise architect, so here I am, facing new challenges every day and trying to help the company to become even greater.

I'm extremely grateful about all the coaching and trust that I've got from the Director in Guadalajara; it is great to be able to talk to the Executive team members with the confidence that they will listen to you. It is great being part of this family, and I really consider it the place that you recommend your friends to be part of.

During my selection process I was impressed by the freshness of the work environment at Tiempo and the personal attention I got from Recruitment and Operations teams.

During my previous experience in other companies, I had the opportunity to be involved in several areas of Software Development, but most of the time with Waterfall Methodologies and in companies with a more corporate environment. So when I first joined Tiempo I had a significant but positive cultural impact and I started to learn an agile and human way of work, I received proper training and a lot of assistance from my peers.

I will always be thankful to the company for giving me this opportunity. I started as an intern for the Talent Attraction Team and thanks to all the knowledge acquired, I have been hired full-time and promoted to be an IT Recruiter.

The experience of working at Tiempo has been very challenging but also very fun!
